Bay Property Projects is a small local family owned business specialising in the design, construction & management of residential property.

We offer the services listed on the pages of this website, and other ad hoc tasks and projects that come up from time to time. If there is something out of the box, just ask! We like to keep things varied and interesting, it helps with inspiration.

Driven by passion, creativity, activity & desire to balance work/life perfectly, Missi decided to build a home and business to work around her family. She is a practical dreamer who loves to create what she envisages, seeing things how things could be. 

A note from Missi:

My philosophies are focussed on growth and improvement. We are always learning, evolving and developing, it never stops no matter how old you get. There is no reason that property shouldn't be the same. Every property requires maintenance, and sometimes more. My focus is the more!

Seeing what is possible is essential to get the best out of anything. Usually growth begins with a problem, and the solution lies within the problem - the solution is the exact opposite of the problem most times. Property design is a series of problem solving situations. To get a perfect design, I look for solutions. Inspiration comes from expected and unexpected resources.

With natural creative and visualisation skills, trained to be applied to buildings and land, I like to make things new and better for individuals, and the wider community - for now and future generations.
