This new construction added to the existing home, using biophilic & wellness design principles - is part of a suburban family homestead in beautiful Tauranga.
Guests who are interested in sustainable design, well-being & permaculture love this stay!
The Private Suite room is filled with an abundance of healing natural light, warming fireplaces indoors & out, & a garden complete with organic seasonal produce in the surrounding food forest - which includes poultry who provide eggs for breakfast.
Two of each - cats & dogs - are friendly & loving, while the hosts, who live on site, are warm & welcoming.
Hobbies here include bicycle riding, yoga, ballroom dance, pottery, boxing, garden to table, marshmallow toasting & more!

Guests who stay in our 'Private Suite' love the place so much that we decided to open our Garden View room in the 'family zone'.
It is a bit more 'backpacker' style with a shared bathroom than the 'homey hotel' style of the Private Suite - a more affordable option for the guest choosing to stay at our eco hub where like minds connect.
When you stay in the Garden View room, you are very much part of the rhythm of nature. The double room has sheer curtains to allow the sun in, gently waking you in the morning, nourishing those lovely wake up hormones.
Step out of your room onto the covered deck overlooking the back garden where resident hens roam & seasonal produce is grown.
