The Building Prototype

Thank you for your interest in our projects. We are currently working on a project that will lead the way in Urban Medium to High Density Design in New Zealand.

It's not a new idea, there are plenty of examples around the world but for some reason our clean green New Zealand seems to be a little slow on leading this space for our global community (& through our BnB I have found out that people pay attention & have been disappointed when they arrive in our country to find it is not as sustainable as they expected).

 I propose we change that & keep our reputation for being clean & green 'alive' (see how I did that) 🌱

As professionals in the design & architecture space, we have a duty of care to the people who live in the spaces we create. This is where biophilic design comes in. We focus on creating a connection with nature through the living space that uplifts the spirit of the people in the spaces. We also use materials that have a low impact on the environment, & that are low toxin materials so that the health of the people living in the spaces is taken care of.
